   One of the companies within the Aroundtown Group is ATCP. Experts from all areas of real estate management are grouped in the commercial real estate section. The carefully selected teams create the optimal plan for each property and execute it comprehensively. Rental, asset, property, and construction management, development, rental accounting, controlling, and ancillary cost accounting are all included in the internal service spectrum. In addition, our specialized teams provide support to businesses of all sizes in flexible space design and implementation, as well as in the search for suitable spaces.
Your Responsibilities:
   Disciplinary and technical leadership of the construction project management team.
   You use your knowledge as an architect or civil engineer to advise our asset and facility management departments as well as external partners.
   Your daily tasks include CAPEX measurements, tenant fit-outs, and building conversions.
   You ensure that the construction projects under your supervision are completed in a timely, efficient, high-quality, and economical manner. You identify, assess, and successfully utilize any potential for cost savings.
   Afterward, you are responsible for organizing and supervising both internal and external planning teams, keeping an eye on project deadlines, plan checking, invoicing control, and construction oversight.
   Your responsibilities include project handover as well as the planning phase.
   Finally, you are always available as an experienced and professional contact person for our customers.
What's in Your Profile?
   You have a degree in architecture or civil engineering or have completed technical training. You have worked as a project manager for at least 15 years and have extensive knowledge of the German construction sector. You have also had personnel responsibilities before.
   You possess strong communication skills, a strong sense of dedication, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
   You are well-versed in construction costs, possess a wealth of construction expertise, and employ your knowledge with pragmatism.
   You are open to traveling.
   You are confident in your ability to utilize Microsoft Office.
   Finally, your proficiency in both English and German is excellent (at least C1).
